Delivery
Standard delivery within Dubai and the UAE takes 1–3 business days. Express same-day delivery is available within Dubai for orders placed before 2 PM.
All UAE orders over AED 500 qualify for free delivery.
We ship to over 40 countries via insured courier. International delivery takes 3–7 business days. All shipments are fully insured for the declared value of the item.
Every order is delivered in our signature PERA GOLD jewellery box with a certificate of authenticity, care guide, and discreet outer packaging for security.
Maintenance
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or the original box to prevent scratches. Keep gold away from other metals.
Gently clean with warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
Remove jewellery before swimming, applying perfume, or using cleaning products. Chlorine and harsh chemicals can dull the surface.
Use a jeweller's polishing cloth to restore shine. Bring heavily tarnished pieces to our Dubai store for professional cleaning.
