For deep cleaning, use warm water with mild soap and a soft-bristle brush. Dry thoroughly before storage.

Warranty

PERA GOLD offers a 12-month manufacturing warranty on all products, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and improper use are not covered. To make a claim, contact our customer service team with your purchase receipt.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are fully insured during transit. Free delivery across the UAE in 2–3 business days. Express delivery (same or next day in Dubai) available at checkout. International shipping to GCC countries in 5–7 business days. All shipments arrive in signature PERA GOLD packaging.

Returns & Exchanges
